3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide consulting services, architectural audits, and manage client relationships (legal basis: contract performance).
- Communication: To respond to inquiries and provide project updates (legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance).
- Security: To authenticate portal sessions and prevent unauthorised access (legal basis: legitimate interest).

- Contact inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months.
- Client and contract records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK accounting and tax laws.
- Portal usage logs are retained for 90 days.
