  • Usage logs and session data within the secure client portal.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: To provide consulting services, architectural audits, and manage client relationships (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Communication: To respond to inquiries and provide project updates (legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance).
  • Security: To authenticate portal sessions and prevent unauthorised access (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • Compliance: To maintain accurate financial and IR35 compliance records (legal basis: legal obligation).

4. Data Processors

We use secure third-party services to operate our business:

  • Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: Cloud infrastructure and identity management (London/EU hosted).
  • Google Workspace: Email and document hosting.
  • PostHog: Product analytics and session telemetry (EU hosted).
  • Cal.com: Scheduling and meeting coordination.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months.
  • Client and contract records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK accounting and tax laws.
  • Portal usage logs are retained for 90 days.
